1) Find a business model that works through validation. Do market research. Get guidance from industry experts.
2) Immediately test out the demand for your product or service. Don’t spend too much time perfecting your product or pitch.
3) Sales – the only metric! You can have a lot of views, likes or customer inquiries but if you are not selling it’s not working.
Overall, a great book for inspiring entrepreneurs. 3/5 worth reading for early stage entrepreneurs.
